Morgan Lovell is the UK's leading office interior design, fit out and refurbishment specialist. They are part of Morgan Sindall plc http://www.morgansindall.co.uk , one of the UK's top ten construction groups.

The brief

To develop an inspiring and responsive campaign to demonstrate Morgan Lovell’s creativity targeting MD’s, FD’s & Facilities Managers of organizations of 100+ employees in the UK.

Our response

Recognising the insight that you buy / rent offices by the square foot, and it’s expensive so you need to make every foot work as hard as possible, we developed a mailer that was quite literally one square foot of inspiration. The piece not only showcased a selection of Morgan Lovell’s work for previous clients, it also included insights and interesting nuggets of information about office design – inspiring the reader to think about their office differently. As well as receiving the mailer, prospects also receive a follow up email further reinforcing the square foot of inspiration creative idea and encouraging them to take up a free consultation.

The results

Several leads have come in the first few days of the mailing dropping (which can be quite sizeable pieces of business). The email follow up has yet to be sent.
